What it means to work with a life coach is that you fully immerse yourself into a new world and are ready to be stretched in a way that maybe you've never been stretched before. It can be uncomfortable and it can be emotional. But more importantly, if you don't implement the tools and put in the work that's required, you won't get the results.
This is why I have The Rebirth Catalyst priced the way I do - because it's a power-boosting accountability reminder for you to connect your self-worth to the work and the investment. When you invest in yourself and make that purchase, you will DO it. If you get something for free or at low cost, it will be put to the "back-burner". Trust me - I'm an experienced retired procrastinator.

When I took this foundational course for the first time - I felt the same way as a single-mom building her business. It was a 1.5 hour-long course that took place once a week and then gave tools and practices to implement each week. It was a LOT!
That's why I have created it as an online course so you can go at your own pace AND I've lengthened the course from 8-weeks to 12-weeks!
Every other week - you will have about 1-2 hours of course content to get through online. The opposite weeks, we will meet live virtually to really implement the tools you learned and each one of you will have the opportunity to be coached by me. This is not only because I want to give you the time you need, but I truly believe the best results will come if I space it out like this. I'm not here for "quick fixes", I'm here for everlasting life-long change! During the SAME week we have our group coaching call, we will also have a Breathwork Session - there are 5 Group Coaching Calls and 6 Breathwork Sessions. Each one will be recorded if you miss it live.
The videos will never be more than 20-25 minutes long so it can easily be watched in small increments.
Trust me, I've made this easy for you to get through so that it's less stress on you!
"What happens if I don't vibe with the other women in the group?"
It can feel really intimidating and uncomfortable to share our vulnerabilities to complete strangers. But these strangers will soon become your sisters - and SOME will become your sisters for life. I have met some of my best friends in group containers because that's where like-minded people congregate!
You'll also find that when we connect live to do group-coaching, one sister's struggle will oftentimes be the answer you didn't even know you needed to a problem you've been trying to solve.
We are ALL connected on this earth. There is no coincidence and I believe each one of you who comes to work with me is pulled into my energy for a reason. I might merely be the facilitator of bringing you together!
If you do find at some point that working with another soul-sister is uncomfortable, I encourage you to dig deeper and ask yourself "why"? What about this person triggers you? Could it be something in you that is unsettling or needs to be worked through?
However, if your soul-sister just isn't showing up to be there for accountability, I'll certainly be there for a realignment reminder! A little tough-love and compassion can go a long way!

Single Motherhood chose me when I was 5-months pregnant. At the time, I felt this was the worst thing that could've ever happened; but, as life would have it, my thoughts soon showed me that things would get much worse in my postpartum stage before they got better.
It took me nearly 18-months before I started my Rebirth journey - discovering powerful tools and techniques, re-connecting with my love for journaling & meditation and found a passion in taking care of myself.
Over time, I found that the truth lied within all along - that my struggles weren't happening to me, but FOR me and I was the only one that could transform them. I've taken these tools to help my clients quantum leap so they don't have to waste the time like I did to create massive change. It is through my journey of challenges, heartache and struggles that led me to where I am today.
